Every Outhaus is a Class 1a residential dwelling, the same building classification as a standard home. That means full insulation, proper waterproofing, NCC-compliant construction, and a building you can actually live in. The reviews reflect the outcome of building something real.
Class 1a classification: habitable residential dwelling, not a shed or Class 10a structure. Councils treat it accordingly.
