We build Class 1a modular homes in one shed at Laceys Creek, 5 minutes from Dayboro. Small crew, real work, and every module that leaves carries our name on it.

Off-site building is about control. Same shed, same crew, same standard, whatever the weather is doing outside.

The work is consistent

Every module is a fixed, engineered product. You learn the build once and then get good at it, instead of relearning a different set of drawings every job.

Small crew, real say

A handful of people on the tools. If something in the sequence is dumb, say so and we change it. Nobody gets lost here, and nobody carries someone else either.

Room to move

We are early, so the ceiling is high. Trade papers, tickets and a path to running a module are on the table for anyone who puts the work in.

The day

Steel, sheet, fit-off, done.

Modules go together on the deck in the shed and leave finished. You see a home start and you see it craned out.

Carpenter

Experienced hands who build things straight. You will be in the shed putting whole modules together: steel frame, cladding, lining, cabinetry and fit-off, on a level deck under cover.

The work repeats, which is the point. Same details, same sequence, every unit, so the finish gets sharper instead of starting from scratch each job. Straight lines and tight joints are the job, not a bonus. Every module we deliver has our name on it.

What you need
  • Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent trade certificate
  • Residential framing, cladding and lining experience
  • An eye for a straight line and a tight finish
  • Reliable, self-directed, and safe on the tools

Labourer

Switched-on people who turn up and want to learn. You will be moving materials, prepping decks, cutting, cleaning down and keeping the shed running, which is the work that keeps everything else moving.

You do not need trade papers. You need to show up, put in, and take direction the first time. From there the path is real: we back people into tickets and trade papers when they earn it.

What you need
  • Fit enough for a physical day, every day
  • Reliable, on time, and easy to work next to
  • Willing to learn and take direction
  • White card, or willing to get one

Junior Designer

Clayfield office, Brisbane · site days at Laceys Creek
Hiring now Full-time

A design-minded all-rounder who also cares how things go together. You will work across the modular range, refining layouts, detailing and material selections so they can be drawn, engineered and built without a fight.

It suits someone early on who is quick in design software, organised, and curious about the whole build. What you draw gets built, usually within months. You will be in the room with the build team, the engineers and the suppliers, not handing a concept over a wall.

What you need
  • Architecture, interior design or building design background
  • Confident in AutoCAD, Revit or similar
  • An eye for materials, finish and proportion
  • Organised, collaborative, and across the detail
The role
  • Based at the Clayfield office, 515 Sandgate Road
  • Regular site days at the ranch, Laceys Creek
  • Graduate salary plus super
  • Direct work with the build team and our engineers
