Tell us about your land.

Walk through a real build.

515C Sandgate Road, Clayfield, behind the Caltex. Enter from Barlow Street. No booking needed, but call 0489 260 274 before you head over so someone is there to open up. Walk through a fully finished Studio 6.0, go through every finish and building material, and talk your project through with the team. We can run a live Site Check on your address while you are here. The coffee is on us at Joseph Hates Coffee, out the front.

Tell us what you are planning.

Your suburb, the model you are circling, and what the home is for. We come back within 24 hours with what fits and what happens next.

Your land, your model, what you are trying to do. No pitch.

See your build underway.

472 Laceys Creek Road, Laceys Creek QLD 4521. The ranch is where every module is built. It is open by appointment only, Monday to Friday, for clients with a build underway who want to see their home taking shape. It is a working site, not a display, so please don't turn up unannounced. Call to arrange a time and we will have someone there to meet you.
