Good land kept getting bad options.
The pattern was all over South East Queensland. A shed with a bed in it. A pod nobody was ever allowed to live in. A renovation quote that blew out before the work started. People with good land, choosing between things that were never worth the land they sat on.
The market ran to the extremes. One end built custom and took years. The other sold boxes that were never legal to sleep in. Nothing in the middle was designed with care and delivered without drama.
So in 2025, three Queenslanders built the middle. A fixed range of modular homes, engineered once, built to spec under one roof at Laceys Creek, and craned onto footings finished. Class 1a, the same building classification as the house in front of it. It lends, insures and is lived in like a house, because it is one.
Today that is six modular models from $99,900, and the Roadhaus range on a registered chassis when towable is the point. Every price inc GST, and fixed before you sign.

Architectural, not agricultural
Proportion, light and ceiling height come first, on every model. If it reads as a shed with intentions, it does not leave the yard.
Built properly or not at all
Class 1a is not negotiable. Steel frame, proper waterproofing, residential insulation. We do not sell anything we would not live in.
The price is the price
The home is priced to the dollar, inc GST. Site work comes back as a Binding Estimate fixed to your land. Nothing trued up later.
Made in Queensland
Every module leaves one shed at Laceys Creek. Local crew, local trades, local supply where it exists. Quality you can drive out and look at.
